QUALIFICATIONS

University degree in Engineering, Economy, Business Administration, Trade&Finance

Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience in oil industry preferable.

Fluency in both written and spoken English & Russian

Use of MS Office programs and ERP SAP

Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Team player

Critical-thinker and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn fuel supply processes, market dynamics, and regulations

JOB DESCRIPTION

Supporting daily supply operations

Controlling invoice accuracy before SAP entry

Following up and entering supply related invoices into SAP

Coordinating with internal teams (finance, logistics, sales) for daily operational tasks

Providing operational support in import, terminal, and customs documentation processes

Tracking vessel operations (ETA/ETD, loading/discharge) and regularly reporting updates

Coordinating and maintaining communication with prime suppliers, vessel charterers, and brokers and agents for daily operational follow-ups

Prepare the periodic reports of the Supply and Trade Directorate.
