Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the fuel supply chain
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in SAP
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sound commercial acumen
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Job Description
- Plan, procure, and dispatch oil products to terminals via pipeline, road, and rail, ensuring cost-efficient freight management while maintaining optimal terminal stock levels, throughput agreements, and primary cost control.
- Maintain and coordinate effective working relationships with refineries and third-party service providers.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with vendors and other oil companies to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
- Oversee and coordinate fuel additive and biofuel operations.
- Closely monitor inventory levels in line with CSO requirements and initiate corrective actions, including the execution of coupon agreements when necessary.
- Lead and coordinate pump and depot price change processes across the organization.
- Support the Supply & Trade Manager in developing and implementing regional supply strategies, contributing to the overall Turkey supply mass balance and managing replenishment operations accordingly.
- Support the Supply & Trade Manager in preperation of reports related to supply, logistics, deliveries, inventory, and associated processes.
- Act as a key representative of the Supply Team in driving digitalization initiatives and the effective use and development of SAP systems.
